Who processes your data
The controller is Zeppelin Homes d.o.o., Proštinske bune 41, 52100 Pula, Croatia. For privacy enquiries, contact info@zeppelinhomes.com.
Information and purposes
When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, selected topic and message. We use these details to reply, discuss your project and prepare a requested proposal. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Legal grounds
For enquiries about entering a contract, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other business correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We also process information where required by law. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised people and service providers needed to operate the website and correspondence. Netlify provides website hosting and web-form processing; email is processed by Zoho Mail. Providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect their services. We do not sell enquiry data.
Transfers outside the EEA
Service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers must meet GDPR requirements, for example through an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the applicable providers and safeguards.
Retention
We keep enquiry information during correspondence and normally for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If a contract, legal obligation or need to protect legal claims arises, related information is kept as necessary for that purpose. Technical logs follow the service providers’ retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing, particularly processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Send requests to info@zeppelinhomes.com. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
Required information and automated decisions
Your name, email and message are needed to process a web-form enquiry. You may also contact us directly by email or phone. We do not use automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects. The form may use automated spam protection.
Cookies and changes
This implementation contains no advertising pixels, visitor-tracking tools or embedded social networks. See the cookies notice for details. We update this policy if the purposes or processing change.
Cookie choice and local storage
We store zh-cookie-choice-v1 in your browser with your acceptance or rejection of optional cookies, the notice version and the time of your choice. It remembers your preference and does not track visits. It lasts 180 days unless changed or deleted earlier. Your choice is not sent to a separate advertising service. No analytics or marketing tools are integrated, so accepting does not load any such tools. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
Providers following the move to Netlify
Netlify handles the website and contact forms. Zoho Mail handles business email. GoDaddy provides domain and DNS management. These providers have their own terms and privacy notices; a DNS request is not the same as sending the contents of your contact form.
